Exchange Policy

Shanaya Bevelle is committed to providing quality to our customers, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange your goods or services for another item.

Sessions

If you prefer to book a different type of session at least 12 hours prior to the session, please contact Shanaya to confirm at ShanayaBevelle3@gmail.com. If you simply want to exchange your current session for a different date or time, you may do so through the “Reschedule” link in your confirmation email, with 12 hours minimum notice.

Refunds or exchanges will not be given with less than 12 hours notice, for a no-show appointment, or for sessions completed.

Workshops & Classes

You can exchange a class or workshop for another time or event type, with 12 hours notice. However, if you are in a workshop series or class series and you are absent from one session, or a group of sessions, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Exchanges will not be given with less than 12 hours notice prior to the first class, or for a no-show to an event.

Purchase Goods

We will exchange goods which are defective. We will send out the new item to you F.O.C., but will not compensate you for returns postage when returning the item for the exchange. If the item cannot be exchanged we will refund you for the item.
