Three Essential Tips on Expanding your Cosmic Consciousness and Connections with Andromeda

The Andromedan Council of 13 comes to me today in Channel with a message for those wishing to connect, or who are connected and wish to expand their connection and consciousness. There are many ways to increase your connections to the Higher Realms, however,

“One must be willing to be open to the light, to trust it, and to know it is real”.

To be open to the light, the first thing required is interest in, and willingness to open your field. Those who are closed off due to trauma, fear, or programming may have the necessity of resolving some of these frequencies in order that the light can flow. As each trauma, each fear, each program is resolved, you will notice more and more light flowing through. This will become increasingly obvious over time by the frequency you are carrying; you may feel more open, more peaceful, better able to feel the light. As you progress through your timeline, and your energy field clears of unneeded and unwanted energies, you will develop a free flow of light and communication with those of the Higher Realms you wish to work and create with.

In trusting the light, one will need to investigate all related avenues of energy blockage and constriction within the field. When trust has been lost or compromised, for any reason, it can sometimes be a challenge to rebuild it. Part of that process will involve locating and removing energy restricting light movement within your field relating to trust of the light, the Creator energy, Source/God, whatever name you use to refer to it. This restrictive energy will often be rooted in fear, trauma, or religious programming. These energies are best removed entirely, and the new flowing Divine frequencies routed through that space. This will produce a space of Divine light where previously there lay distrust and/or fear. In addition, new beliefs should be adopted that mirror that which you wish to achieve, Trust in the Light. Trust is often the most challenging to overcome, and may take some time, and removal of many layers of fear, trauma, and various energy blocks to accomplish.

Knowing the Light is real is a challenge for some who have known darkness, trauma, or fear throughout, or during any part of their lives. When one has been faced with much negativity in their life, it is often difficult to accept there is a positive “Light” out there that can not only help, but also provide benefit in a myriad of ways. Additionally, some people bring energies, not always good ones, from other lifetimes into this lifetime, so knowing the Light is good can be challenging.

“However, resolving this aspect of expanding your connections and your consciousness is sometimes the easiest. As you resolve the previous two challenges, you are seeing the Light in action, and hence you begin to realize it’s real without actually having to do more”.

“You will begin to see situations improving in your life, feel the more positive and less restricted energy flow, and you will naturally begin to believe you have connected to something very good indeed!”
