we must be willing to let go of many preconceived notions. For example,

“It’s too hard”, “I don’t know how to do it”, “That’s only for ‘real’ channels”, “I’m afraid of…”

To let go of these preconceived ideas, as well as unconscious energies in the way can be the most challenging part of Seizing Empowerment. Often there is an underlying energy; a trauma, contract, or belief, for example, in the way of this Empowerment energy fully seating in our consciousness.

“To find these energies and release them can take a lot of time, but working with a channel like Shanaya can make it quicker. To do this yourself, focus first on where the energy flows, or doesn’t flow. Even if you think you don’t know, guess, because you will probably be right. But don’t second guess yourself and change your answer, because then you will probably be wrong. Your first “guess” or gut feeling is usually the correct one. See, feel, or know where the energy flows and where it slows or gets stuck when asking about a specific thing. Then direct the stuck or restricted energy released back to Source/Creator energy, and fill the space with Highest Light. This will release the blockage from that space and let the Light flow.”
